In these talks, professor Chul Kim is going to share about a few important experiences that he had gone through in his PhD student days at UC Berkeley.Through this series of talk, you will learn the important aspects of graduate school life and how to live your graduate school life in a more meaningful way.A lot of practical tips and advice for new/continuing Berkeley graduate students will be presented through this talk.
Chul Kim is an assistant professor in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at California State University, East Bay in Hayward, California.Chul got his BS degree in Microbiology at Seoul National University in 1990 and received his PhD degree in Biophysics at UC Berkeley in 1997.After a few years of post-doctoral research, he became an assistant professor in Chemistry at Cal State East Bay in 2003.
