Pineapple Chinese Chicken! Or how about the Mediterranean Chicken? It was a toss-up for the 2008 Best Dish Award between these and many more delicious dishes from across the world.
Our International Food Festival on Friday, February 15, drew an amazing 70 plus attendants with tables filled with delicacies from 5 continents cooked by some of our students and staff. Some highlights include eating Belgium Whitcliff, and various Iranian cuisines. After some international trivia, the night was topped off with a special guest speaker, Mr. Yu, who shared about his rich relationship with the Lord Jesus.
