I think one of the favorites was BIGS Fellowship: Berkeley International Graduate Students Fellowship. But we dropped that one, of course, because its so specific to Berkeley. Plus, there's the whole issue that fellowships are things that many graduate students apply for. For IGSM, no application is necessary.
